Meet the LawLogo Team

The People
Behind the Work.

We’re a team of designers, developers, marketers, writers and client-support specialists focused on one industry: legal. Some of us build identities, others design and develop websites, write content, improve search visibility or simply make sure projects stay organized and clients always know what comes next.

Meet the people you may work with along the way.

WHY LAWLOGO

01

We Spend Our Time
Thinking About Law Firms.

Working exclusively with attorneys means we don’t have to start every project by learning how the legal industry works.

We already understand that credibility matters, that differentiation can’t come at the expense of professionalism, and that a firm’s identity has to work across everything from a website header to a client-facing document.

Our job is to understand what makes your firm different, then make sure people can see it.

OUR TEAM

Meet the People You’ll
Work With.

Different roles, different skills, one shared responsibility: doing good work and making the process straightforward for our clients.

01 / FOUNDER

Touqeer A.

Founder & Creative Director

About

I founded LawLogo with a clear focus: helping attorneys and law firms build distinctive, credible brands. My work translates a firm’s practice, personality, and professional values into a visual identity that helps prospective clients understand who they are.

Experience & Expertise

I bring over 10 years of design and web development experience to my work in legal branding. At LawLogo, I focus on law firm logos, brand identities, and attorney websites—helping solo practitioners and small firms present a consistent professional image across every client touchpoint.

My Approach

Every law firm has its own story, shaped by the attorneys behind it, the matters they handle, and the clients they serve. I start there, creating designs that reflect the individual practice while respecting the clarity, credibility, and professionalism legal services demand.

02 / CLIENT SUCCESS

Olivia Castillo

VP of Client Success

Olivia works closely with clients from the first conversation through project delivery.

She helps turn early ideas, questions and feedback into clear direction for the creative team and makes sure clients always know where their project stands.

If you’re talking with LawLogo about a new project, there’s a good chance Olivia will be one of the first people you hear from.

Focus:  Client Communication · Project Planning · Client Experience

Design

Gloria

Lead Brand Designer
Gloria leads brand identity development at LawLogo, taking projects from early visual exploration through to the finished identity system. The role is less about making a logo look interesting and more about finding a visual direction that genuinely fits the firm and can hold up across everything the firm uses.

Lewis Elliot

Senior Designer
Lewis Elliot works across identity development, brand applications, and presentation design. Once a creative direction is taking shape, Lewis Elliot helps refine the details and make sure the same idea still works on stationery, digital graphics, documents, and the other places a law firm’s brand has to live.

Andrew

Graphic Designer
Andrew works on the day-to-day design pieces that extend a brand beyond its core identity. That can mean presentation materials, social graphics, print pieces, marketing collateral, or helping prepare the many small assets that make a brand feel consistent.

Julia Ager

Graphic Designer
Julia Ager supports the creative team across both branding and digital projects. The work ranges from adapting approved visual systems to creating client-facing graphics, with a lot of attention paid to spacing, typography, consistency, and the details people tend to notice when they are wrong.

Development

Waga C.

Web Design & Development Lead
Waga leads website projects from the technical side, working closely with the design team to turn approved layouts into responsive, working law firm websites. The job is to make sure the finished site looks right, behaves properly on every screen, and is manageable for the client after launch.

Paul White

Senior Web Developer
Paul White handles more complex development work and helps solve the technical issues that inevitably come up during larger website projects. The role also includes reviewing builds, improving performance, and making sure the final site is stable before it goes live.

Brittany F.

Developer
Brittany builds and maintains client websites, turning approved designs into responsive pages and functional components. Much of the work is in the details — getting spacing right, making mobile layouts behave properly, and checking that everything works the way the design intended.

Margot M.

Lead Support Developer
Margot leads the support side of development once websites are live. From updates and fixes to troubleshooting unexpected issues, the role is focused on keeping client websites working without turning every small change into a new development project.

Derek C.

Web Developer
Derek works across new website builds and ongoing improvements to existing client sites. That includes page development, responsive adjustments, plugin configuration, testing, and the small technical tasks that keep a project moving toward launch.

Sibtain Shah

Web Developer
Sibtain helps bring the design team’s layouts into WordPress and handles the practical work that sits between design and launch. The role involves plenty of testing, adjusting, and problem-solving to make sure the site feels as polished in the browser as it did in the original design.

Jeremy Reynolds

Web Developer
Jeremy Reynolds supports client website projects with front-end development, content implementation, and responsive testing. A typical day can involve building a new page in the morning and fixing a mobile layout or integration issue in the afternoon.

Eden Gandhi E.

Junior Web Developer
Eden Gandhi supports the development team with page builds, content updates, testing, and smaller website changes. It is a hands-on role that touches a lot of different parts of a project and helps make sure the final details are taken care of before launch.

Internet Marketing

Emma Donovan

SEO Manager
Emma leads the SEO work at LawLogo, from technical audits and keyword research to content planning and ongoing search strategy. A big part of the role is making sure a law firm’s website isn’t just well designed, but structured in a way that gives search engines and potential clients a clear understanding of the firm.

Nadya Rousseau

Digital Advertising Manager
Nadya Rousseau handles paid search and digital advertising campaigns for law firms. That means planning campaigns, watching where the budget is going, reviewing performance, and making adjustments based on what is actually producing useful inquiries rather than clicks for the sake of clicks.

Nate Linder

SEO Content Manager
Nate Linder sits between the SEO and writing teams, helping decide what needs to be written, why it matters, and where it belongs on the site. The role involves turning search data into practical content plans without making every page sound like it was written for a search engine.

Stacie M.

Social Media Manager
Stacie manages the social side of the brand, helping firms communicate consistently across platforms without turning every post into an advertisement. The focus is on useful, professional content that still feels like it came from the firm rather than a scheduled marketing feed.

Emma

SEO Associate
Emma supports the day-to-day SEO work behind client websites, including research, on-page improvements, internal linking, reporting, and technical checks. A lot of the work happens quietly in the background, but it helps keep the larger search strategy moving in the right direction.

Jesse Chapman

SEO Content Associate
Jesse Chapman works with the content and SEO teams to research topics, organize page recommendations, and make sure new content fits the wider search strategy. The role also involves reviewing existing pages and spotting places where the information could be clearer, more useful, or better connected.

Writing Team

Soren Mercer

Content Writer & Blogger
Soren Mercer writes website and blog content for law firms, taking topics that can easily become dense or technical and making them easier for real people to understand. The goal is clear, useful writing that still sounds professional and respects the subject matter.

Sylvie Thorne

Content Writer & Blogger
Sylvie Thorne works on everything from practice-area pages and website copy to longer educational articles. A lot of the job is research — understanding what the firm actually wants to say first, then finding a way to say it clearly without filling the page with generic legal marketing language.

HOW WE WORK

One Team, From
First Idea to Final
Delivery.

A LawLogo project may involve several people, but you won’t be passed around without knowing who is responsible for what.

Client Success keeps communication organized. The creative team develops and refines the work. Development handles the technical side of web projects. And key projects receive final creative review before delivery.

You’ll always know who’s handling what.

You’ll know who you’re speaking with, what stage the project is at and what happens next.
